- A link to HB 1407, a bill currently being considered by the Indiana legislature that would protect parental rights. A number of states have passed similar legislation.
- The government should not override a fit parents’ decisions about raising their own children in order to enforce the state’s ideology.
- Parents should be free to raise their children according to their beliefs and best judgment without fear of the state taking custody of their children.
- Parents have a right to make choices about the upbringing and education of their children.
- Parents shouldn’t be left in the dark when it comes to profound decisions that involve the wellbeing of their own children.
