As a leader, are you ever afraid? If you are like me (though I try not to admit it to anyone), I am sometimes quietly afraid to live out my faith in my community, quietly afraid to propose a new initiative at church and quietly afraid to engage conflict (to name a few). So, how do we practically remove fear in our lives? Information, examples and community are key for being bold in what God has called us to do. As we enter season 2 of the podcast, we are focusing on those three things: information, examples and community.
In this episode, we discuss 4 important characteristics that bold leaders share. Individual leaders and entire leadership teams should master the following skills/information:
#1 Legal Information
#2 Practical Apologetics
#3 Conflict Resolution
#4 Public Life
