Dr. Josh Hershberger

Josh is an attorney, minister and speaker. Josh assists churches and other Christian ministries throughout much of the United States; serves as a teaching pastor at his church in southeast Indiana; and speaks at churches, conferences and other ministry events on Christian citizenship and Biblical worldview topics. His experience as an attorney includes representing Christian ministries in state and federal court, advocating for Christian ideas in the public square and equipping ministries and individual Christians to form new efforts to impact their communities. Josh is also a PK. plays trumpet, and is a former college basketball player. Josh lives in Madison, Indiana with his wife Carissa, daughter Aryana and son Gabriel.
Larry L. Crain

Larry L. Crain is a nationally recognized constitutional lawyer, frequent lecturer and commentator. He has litigated, debated and practiced widely in the area of constitutional law and religious freedom. He has litigated a broad spectrum of constitutional issues on a national level before the United States Supreme Court, the Third, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeal, the Supreme Court of Massachusetts, the Supreme Court of North Carolina and the Supreme Court of Tennessee. His litigation experience on issues of constitutional law spans 26 states. Larry resides in Brentwood, Tennessee.
Brian L. Schuette

Brian Schuette is a seasoned civil litigator with over 30 years of experience in law practice. Brian has extensive experience representing and advising churches on a variety of issues, including conflict resolution, organizational document review and drafting, church personnel issues and the legal aspects of church governance. He has worked with churches from Florida to New York to Wyoming and many states in between. Brian is actively engaged in his church and teaches a college/career small group. Brian resides in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
